The Ned • London
Opened May 2017, design began February 2014
The Ned, located in The City of London, is a 252 room hotel where the Midland Bank used to occupy, built in 1924. As a designer on the guest rooms, we wanted the design to date back to the 20's when Lutyen's designed the building. The Lutyen's details on the bones of the building were incorporated into the custom furniture throughout the guest rooms accompanied by lavish, heavy fabrics and design. The 252 rooms have 7 room types and each room type varying in 3 different schemes each. Each guestroom is truly unique in design and scheme.
